“Run for those who can’t and with those who can”, that’s Gertjan’s slogan for his “Run for MS” project. On 24 November 2017, Gertjan will run the Antarctic Ice Marathon to raise awareness around MS and to raise money for the Flemish MS Liga. With my mom being diagnosed with MS (fortunately a not too severe type), this cause spoke very much to my heart.
So when Sara came with the challenging idea to participate in Switzerland’s Strongman run (a 18 kilometer obstacle run -only small risk of dying 🙂 ), we believed it would be great to support Gertjan’s cause.
Therefore, it would be great if you could have a look at Gertjan’s website, be amazed by his efforts, and, more importantly, show him some support and if you feel like it: please make a small donation. For my friends here in Switzerland: I do realise his website is in Dutch, but 1) Dutch is very similar to German 🙂 and 2) always happy to assist you. I would very much appreciate all gestures from your side.
Anyhow, it’s time to turn this pc off and to start working out to be able to finish that Strongman run.
P.s. wish me luck – I’ll need it!
